Wondering why we've been quiet the past few weeks? Aside from bug fixes, we were putting the final touches on Projects.

Projects is a new way to:

• organize your work in GetWhys (chats, files, research requests, messaging frameworks)
• create Artifacts (internal- or externally-facing content, written in your target audience's voice, using GetWhys insights & your internal materials)
• collaborate with your team (product launches, content development, research initiatives, etc)

What hasn't changed:

• Unlimited research requests with our AnswerSLA
• Everyone can still use the chat interface & message tests in their personal workspaces

Projects is available to all Scale & Create user licenses. If you don't have access (and would like to try it), give us a holler.

• Freedom! No longer will you be subject to the tyranny of the file picker; you can now drag-and-drop into the chat interface.
  
• Consistency! Brand voice will now persist between Message Testing calls.
  
• Iconography! We had not one, not two, but three (3!) waves of changes to our icons this week.
  
  There’s a lot going on behind the scenes. If you’d like to beta test it, ping us!

• Lots and lots of code that (currently) lives behind feature flags. To our loyal alpha testers providing us with invaluable feedback, we salute you 🫡
  
• One visible change: in our never-ending quest to simplify navigation, Personas, Messaging Frameworks, and Brand Voice now live under the Customization tab. If you'd like to set guard rails for how your team communicates—that's the spot!

• We cleaned up the sidebar. Enjoy this UI change while you can, because it’s about to change quite a bit 🤫
  
• Everything else we shipped this week lives in staging or behind a feature flag. If you’d like to peek behind the curtains—ping us.

• A new website! Featuring a lovely, unconventional case study with our friends at Docusign.
  
• A select cohort of our customers have been trialing a new GetWhys product. If you’d like to join that elite group, ping one of us.
  
• Organization Data now supports research reports—and, larger files. Keep adding new files types, and we’ll support them!
  
• This isn’t something you can see, but we made an major update to our data model that is affecting every single thing that you do in GetWhys.
  
• Finally, we clarified the language behind customizations (Brand Voice, Messaging Frameworks, and Personas).
