A new home for all your data sources. Click your organization’s data within GetWhys and you’ll land on a new Sources screen. It shows what needs your attention and everything feeding into GetWhys in one place: your BYOD uploads, Gong calls, and Highspot content (if you’ve connected them). You can search, see where each insight came from, and check whether a file is still processing. Uploading moved into a pop-up to free up room for your files, and new filters let you sort by approval status, uploader, and date.

Approval reminders for workspace owners
If you have uploads waiting on approval, workspace owners now get a weekday email listing what’s pending, with links to approve each one in the app. No more files sitting in limbo.

New and improved

• Longer custom templates. The character limit for custom templates went up from 15,000 to 20,000. Your longer briefs, style guides and multi-part formats now fit in one template, no trimming needed.
• Highspot SmartPage support. GetWhys can now process Highspot SmartPage templates. If you’ve connected Highspot, your SmartPage content can feed into GetWhys alongside the rest of your synced content. This is rolling out now, and we’re backfilling existing content.

• See what your integrations bring in. You’ll be able to see exactly which files and content are coming into GetWhys from Gong, Highspot and file uploads. That means you can check what’s informing your answers. We expect this next week.
• Scratchpad feedback in one place. Refine, content and feedback are getting merged into a single pane, so you won’t have to click through three tabs.
• Messaging frameworks in Scratchpad. Your messaging framework will show up as a feedback category, so you can check a draft against your messaging as you write.
• Audit Trail (name TBD). A view that shows why the AI generated something the way it did, so you can trace where a piece of content came from.

GetWhys in ChatGPT. We’re officially listed in the OpenAI plugin store, so you can get answers backed by real buyer research without leaving ChatGPT. Connect your account to bring your buyer interviews, personas and messaging into any conversation. Every answer comes with citations that link back to the original source in GetWhys.

Custom templates in chat. Save your go-to formats as reusable templates, like battlecards, briefs or email sequences. Pick one in chat and GetWhys fills it in with your buyer research, so you get the same structure every time without pasting in instructions again.

Faster Scratchpad start. New scratchpads now open straight to a blank page. You don’t have to name it or pick a persona before you start writing. Just open one and go, and add the details later if you need them.

Highspot integration. Connect Highspot so your enablement content feeds directly into GetWhys. Your decks, one-pagers and sales materials become part of what GetWhys knows. That means your answers and drafts line up with what your sellers already use.

Bring Your Own Data approvals. Admins can now review and approve uploaded content before it goes into your workspace. That way only trusted, up-to-date material shapes your answers, and old or off-message docs stay out. Now available to everyone.

Organization context. Workspace owners can now set your ideal customer profile, industry, company size, competitors and product categories in one place. GetWhys uses that context to tailor every response to your market. You get answers that fit who you sell to and who you’re up against, without re-explaining your business in every prompt.

Paste images into Scratchpad. Drop screenshots and images right into your draft. Keep visual references, mockups or examples next to your writing so everything for a piece of content lives in one place.

Better upload error messages. When a file upload fails, you’ll now see a clear message explaining what went wrong and how to fix it. Less guessing, fewer retries, and your data gets into GetWhys faster.

Deep research now respects your chat filters. When you narrow a chat to specific sources or segments, deep research stays within those filters. Your results now match the scope you set.
