• We've made model improvements; GetWhys should produce responses that are more thoughtful and well-reasoned. Plus, it now rites reel good, two!

• You can now tag your personas in GetWhys (@Persona_name)!
  • Try asking what they'd think about a document you're working on, or rewriting content to better appeal to them.
• Clicking on a Research Request in a Project will now take you straight to the answer. That seemed preferable.
• It's almost the holiday break! We added a holiday banner to let you know your modified due dates.

• LLMs can be fickle. We added some more instrumentation to our LLM observability, so that we can catch them when they err.
• Organization Data 'topics' now behave much more like 'topics' from GetWhys transcripts. Consistency!
• We now support the Google Vertex API; this enables a fun internal project.

Wondering why we've been quiet the past few weeks? Aside from bug fixes, we were putting the final touches on Projects.

Projects is a new way to:

• organize your work in GetWhys (chats, files, research requests, messaging frameworks)
• create Artifacts (internal- or externally-facing content, written in your target audience's voice, using GetWhys insights & your internal materials)
• collaborate with your team (product launches, content development, research initiatives, etc)

What hasn't changed:

• Unlimited research requests with our AnswerSLA
• Everyone can still use the chat interface & message tests in their personal workspaces

Projects is available to all Scale & Create user licenses. If you don't have access (and would like to try it), give us a holler.

• Freedom! No longer will you be subject to the tyranny of the file picker; you can now drag-and-drop into the chat interface.
  
• Consistency! Brand voice will now persist between Message Testing calls.
  
• Iconography! We had not one, not two, but three (3!) waves of changes to our icons this week.
