Personas now have access levels, including one built for research-only use. Personas can now be set to draft, active, or research, with research-only access meaning some users can view and work with a persona without editing it. Built for teams who wan controlled access to shared personas.

MCP footnotes now show the Gong account name and date. No more guessing which call a citation came from. Every footnote now tells you exactly which account and which date backed that claim, so you can trace insights back to the source without digging.

Artifacts show up in chat and your conversation list. Your Artifacts aren't hiding anymore. They're now visible right in chat and in your conversation list, so you can find what you built without hunting through old threads to track it down.

Meet your personas, properly. The new Persona view gives you a real look at who you're writing for — not just a name tag, but the actual person behind it. Easier to keep their pains, priorities, and voice in mind while you draft.

Geeze, chat history. Learn to read the room. It used to only scan your conversation titles, so if you asked about persona setup three weeks ago in a thread titled "Tuesday," good luck ever finding it again. Search now reads the full message content, not just the title. If you typed it, you can find it.

Chat shows where it came from. When a response pulls from a web search, you can now see exactly which sources it checked right there in the chat. Chat now comes with less "just trust me," and more "here's where that came from."

Bug bash, assemble! 🦋 Last week the team hunkered down to squash bugs. We're talking nasty ones. Spiders, ants, even those juicy ones Timon and Pumbaa ate in The Lion King.
