Every company wants to better understand their customers. Many use AI products to blend internet data (e.g., customer reviews) with their internal data (e.g., call recordings).
But our customers have a deeper understanding of theirs because they use GetWhys to fill in the gaps.
Companies like Docusign, Intel, and Verizon love using GetWhys to understand and create for their customers because our unique dataset lets GetWhys produce higher-quality research & creation output than anybody else.
Two of our cofounders are decade+ B2B market research consultants (working for hyperscalers & emerging startups); the third has built enterprise software as an IC and engineering leader at Level, AppNexus, Microsoft. The three of them met in college (2011) and have worked closely together for over a decade.
Today, our team is distributed across four of America’s best cities.
You do your best work when you are at your best. That generally means that you are happy outside of work, with a fulfilling and independent life. We want to support that.
We’re a solutions-oriented team. When something isn’t working, we focus on fixing it.
For us, that means:
• Trust over micromanagement
• Clear ownership over constant process
• Long-term thinking over short-term wins
• Healthcare, Dental, and Vision insurance (90% covered for you, 75% for dependents)
• 401(k) with 3% company match
• Unlimited PTO, with a recommended minimum of 10 business days
• 12 weeks paid parental leave
• 18 company holidays
• Regular team and company-wide in-person gatherings
We’re a historically remote company. Boise, Bozeman, Portland, and NYC are our first hubs, where we’ll have a hybrid-office environment.
